R&D ENGINEER (ELECTRICAL HARDWARE)
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the design and development in generating whole Room Air-Conditioner electronic
controller & PCB design
2. Carry out prototype evaluation and taken countermeasure to ensure fulfilment of product and electrical
control specification for both design and regulation requirements
3. Provide Electrical design and analysis to enable the safe and efficient implementation of modifications
within project targets, and assist in the preparation of project
4. Coordinate and arrange efficiently (without delay) with supplier for prototype parts making and sample
delivery
Requirements
Degree in Mechanical Engineering with applied physics and a minimum grade of CGPA: 3.0
Knowledge on circuit simulation design e.g. Pspice, Labview, MultiSim be added advantage
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills and be able to work with all levels of people
Ability to work energetically independently self motivated and with desire to succeed and able to keep to
agreed timeline
R&D ENGINEER (PRODUCT RELIABILITY)
Responsibilities
1. To make mechanical design for the Air-Conditioner, evaluate proto type, to analyse data, test results,
manage the technician & lab assistants
2. To optimize the performance of Air-Conditioner, to evaluate proto type in testing lab
3. To ensure the reliability of Air-conditioners
Requirements
Degree in Mechanical Engineering with applied physics and a minimum grade of CGPA: 3.0
Good technical skill & communication skill.
R&D ENGINEER (STRUCTURE DESIGN)
Responsibilities
1. To design all components inside air conditioner by 3D CAD with consideration of part strength,
manufacturing requirements, operation, cost etc.
2. To work closely with electrical & system design engineers, manufacturing, die mold makers etc to refine
the design.
3. To carry out structural evaluation ( part strength, unit operation, transportation vibration, drop test etc )
by proto type.
4. To coordinate with various parties to ensure smooth production of new models.

Degree in Mechanical Engineering with applied physics and a minimum grade of CGPA: 3.0

R&D ENGINEER (PRODUCT SAFETY)
Responsibilities
1. To study & understand all the requirements of country regulations ( safety, EMC, energy efficiency ).
2. To involve in design of new models by providing technical advice on compliance to country regulation.
3. To verify the compliance to country regulation by conducting regulation compliance testing.
4. To prepare regulation application documents and submits to regulatory bodies to obtain approval.
5. To update related parties on the latest requirements of country regulations.
Requirements
Degree in Electrical / Electronics/ Chemical Engineering with a minimum grade of CGPA: 3.0
