Qualifications and Experience:
Proposed personnel must have at least 5 years working experience in EHS roles supporting supply base operations including marine operations in a supervisory/senior position
Proposed personnel must have Experience in a production or Drilling operation role
Candidate must demonstrate the ability to prepare an EHS Plan and supporting procedures/work instructions
Candidate must be able to demonstrate good written and verbal English skills.
Education/Training:
Preferably candidate should have Safety and Health Officer Certificate or registered SHO with DOSH.
Good computer literacy

Skills:
Experience in large scale project specifically managing EHS in Fabrication, Installation, Hook-Up Commissioning, Installation and Start-up activities which at least with 6 years experience working directly with PSC Operator;
Able to interpret Company EHS specifications and standards and familiar with Company EHS Management System and Golden Rules;
Able to work in offshore environment during Installation, Hook-Up Commissioning (HUC) and Start-up activities;
Able to work in a challenging work environment within a hectic group;
Ability to work with multi-discipline team across disciplines and varied interest groups;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to write reports and produce Incident Report, EHS Presentation, etc;
Good skills in Microsoft Office application;
Good Command of English Language and effective communicator in English;
Experience/Qualifications:
At least 15 years’ experience of which 10 years in managing EHS in large scale Oil&Gas project specifically in Fabrication, Offshore Installation, Hook-Up Commissioning (HUC) and Start-Up activities.
Must have at least one completed EPCIC cycle project and experienced in managing FSO project
Degree, or minimum a Diploma with Certificate of Competency as Safety and Health Officer and Registered with Department of Occupational Safety & Health (DOSH) is an added advantage
