1. Assistant Superintendent-Power Operation Workshop
· Minimum 6 years’ experience in operations and maintenance in a manufacturing environment
· Bachelor’s degree holder in electrical/power engineering discipline
· Diploma holders with 10 or more year’s relevant experience are encouraged to apply;
· Familiar with operations, troubleshooting and maintenance of pumps, compressors and motors;
· Ability speak Mandarin is an advantage
2. Plant Production Manager
· 10 years or more experience in plant operational management
· Expert knowledge of smelting operations
· BSc/MSc in engineering with related industry experience
· Demonstrated results in leading manufacturing excellence.
· Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, organizational and negotiation skills.
· Languages: English and Mandarin
3. Chief Engineer (Equipment & Maintenance)
· Bachelor of Engineering degree or equivalent, preferably Mechanical or Electrical
· Proven experience at a senior engineering level in process plants and/or smelting operations
· Exposure to the hot metals industry or smelter engineering design would be advantageous
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills
· Ability to work within and develop a team environment.
· Languages: English and Mandarin
