1) Senior Project Manager / Project Manager
- Minimum 6 years of experience in building construction
- Degree or Diploma in civil structure or equivalent
- Able to plan, lead, liaise with consultant, client etc.
2) Construction Manager
- Minimum 5 years of experience in high rise project
- Knowledge in ISO 9001:2008
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project & AutoCAD
- Knowledge in construction standard operating procedures
3) M&E Coordinator
- Minimum 1 year of experience in construction M&E
- Minimum Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
4) Site Engineer
- Minimum 3 years of experience in high rise project
- Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Civil Engineering. Knowledge in ISO 9001:2008.
- Good technical knowledge and hand on experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & AutoCAD.
5) Project Planner
- Minimum 1 year in Property Development / Town Planning.
- Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Town Planning / Architecture
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & AutoCAD
- Fresh graduate in relevant field is encourage to apply
6) Safety and Health Officer
- Minimum 3 years of experience in high rise project
- Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Occupational Safety Health & Environmental
- Knowledge in ISO 9001:2008
- Green Book Holder is compulsory
7) Senior Site Supervisor / Site Supervisor (Architectural + Civil)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction site OR Minimum 1 year of experience in civil and structural works for high rise project
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & AutoCAD
8) Project Assistant
- Minimum 1 year of experince in civil and structural works for high rise project
- Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
9) Site Admin Clerk
- Minimum 1 year of experince at construction project site
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & AutoCAD
10) Foreman
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automobile workshop
- Diploma in general mechanical or equivalent
- Strong technical skills
11) Crane Operator
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in automobile workshop
- Diploma in general mechanical or equivalent
- Possess valid license in Crane Operator Certification
- Strong tehnical skills.
