2. SCAFFOLDERS LEVEL 1 & LEVEL 2
Requirements:
a. CERTIFIED DOSH (at least 6 months)
b. VALID BOSET (at least 6 months)
c. VALID MEDICAL (at least 6 months)
d. MUST HAVE OFFSHORE SAFETY PASSPORT
