1. Document controller
Description Job Document controller
-Maintains and manages all important documents either for a particular project
(Current project : Aluminium Helideck for Petronas)
-Undertake various functions related to document control, document archiving, document imaging and maintenance of document register.
Side
- Handles all IT tasks which includes Software, Hardware, Printer, Internet & etc
- To provide the company with cost efficient service of its existing computer systems and to actively work to develop the full potential of the same.
- To provide support to end user's computer, server and network.
Extra
- Prepare weekly progress report to keep track of project progress
- Control the planning flow of the project (markup on certain progress and update)
Requirement: - Experience in oil & gas more than 1 year
- Diploma/ Degree in IT, engineering (mechanical)
- can start work immedietly
