We are RPE GROUP also known as RPE-Engineering, Engineering & Contractor Companies for oil and gas industry immediately looking for several positions:
OIM (Offshore Installation Manager) / Superintendent
· Bachelor Science of Degree in Engineering
· Have at least 6 (six) years applicable experienced in off shore oil & gas operation facilities or D3 graduated with at least 15 (fifteen)) years applicable experience in off shore oil & gas operation facilities and other similar industries.
· Has broad of perspective of project management, production, maintenance and engineering knowledge.
· Excellent interpersonal , communication skills & been working in operation team responsible for coordination of overall operation activities.
· Familiar with EHS, industrial codes & standards, procedures in execution operations
· The candidate must have good oral and written English communication skills with pleasant disposition, proficient in MS office and IT savvy.
Construction Manager
· Bachelor Degree from technical background
· Have at least 7 years experienced in Construction facilities oil & gas include experience 3 years in design engineering with 2 EPCI project work.
· Supervise and manage construction activities at site
· Follow and implement all procedures
· Eliminate any fatality and DAWC case
· Strong Leadership
· Familiar with HSE policy and procedures
Commissioning Manager
· Minimum Bachelor Degree from technical background
· Have at least 7 years experienced in construction facilities Oil & Gas include 3 years design experience in 2 EPCI Project work.
· Understanding codes , standards and specifications
· Knowledgeable in HSE concepts and reporting
· Responsible for the execution the project start-up strategy
· Responsible to provide assistance to the operations team for handover, start-up and ramp-up for the delivery of first year production commitments.
· Deliver the facility start-up procedures.
· Communicate these with the operations management and provide start-up training at technician level.
· Contribute to project execution as appropriate especially regarding integrated planning, completions, commissioning and build up to handover.
· Provide assurance to the operations team that all pre-start-up requirements have been fulfilled.
