Position: Machinist
Qualification:
1) Minimum Certification or Diploma in Mechanical/Tools and Die/Engineering any equivalent field
2) Minimum 2 years in Machining (Tools and Die), experience in Lathe and Milling
3) Able to use Lathe and Milling machine very well
4) Knowledgeable in rotating Equipment maintenance is an advantage
5) Able to read Engineering drawing, Technical specification
6) Age limit : 40 years old
Major responsibilities: Duties to include but not limited:
1) Operate machine tools such as lathe, milling machines and grinders to produce metal parts for Maintenance
2) Calculate location to cut, bore and etc
3) Determination on time, material and monitor feed rate and etc
4) Responsible to take care of machine, workshop and equipment
5) Support Engineering Team during the maintenance either in Rotating and Static

Position: Rotating Equipment Technician
Qualification:
1) Minimum Diploma in Mechanical/Tools and Die/Engineering or any equivalent field
2) Minimum 6 years in Rotating Machine Maintenance for Senior Technician Position
3) Minimum 2 years in Rotating Machine Maintenance for Junior Technician Position
4) Knowledgeable in rotating Equipment maintenance ex : pump, agitator, compressor, pressure filter etc
5) Able to read Engineering drawing, Technical specification and understand computer literature
6) Age limit : 40 years old
Major responsibilities: Duties to include but not limited:
1) Maximize the Reliability & Availability of plant equipment
2) Carries out routine maintenance on rotating equipment, carries out vibration, heat and visual checks equipments of leaks, disassembles equipment, replaces parts as directed, cleans equipment, replaces packing and gaskets, repairs as appropriate, checks bearings and reassembles.
3) Ensures correct alignment and tolerances, using precision measurement instruments
4) Carries out routine preventive maintenance of machinery according to schedules, check lists an0 specific equipment requirements.
5) Repairs and or replaces defective parts, reassembles overhauled equipment and carries out necessary tests and performance monitoring upon start-up
6) Assists in planning annual shutdown and major equipment turnarounds and carries out complete overhaul rotating equipment.
7) Reassembles and tests equipment in accordance with requirements or tests schedules.
8) Assist in inspection of equipment based from Condition based Maintenance and Preventive Maintenances
9) Major in supporting for Preventive Maintenances division
10) Perform related and others duties as assigned
Position: Welder Technician
Qualification:
1) Have Competency in SMAW/Argon Welding
2) Have Confined Space NIOSH/DOSH License
3) Age limit : 40 years old
Major responsibilities: Duties to include but not limited:
1) Lays out, positions, and secures parts and assemblies according to specifications, using straightedge, combination square, calipers, and ruler
2) Assist in inspection of equipment based from Condition based Maintenance and Preventive Maintenances
3) Reassembles and tests equipment in accordance with requirements or tests schedules.
4) Melts lead bar, wire, or scrap to add lead to joint or to extrude melted scrap into reusable form.
5) Install or repairs equipment, such as lead pipes, valves, floors, and tank linings.
6) Observes tests on welded surfaces, such as hydrostatic, x-ray, and dimension tolerance to evaluate weld quality and conformance to specifications.
7) Perform preventive maintenance for the assigned job (static and piping)
8) Assist job for rotatic and static team
9) Perform related and others duties as assigned
