Principal Mechical Design Engineers

Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering and must be registered with BEM as a Professional Engineer.
Minimum 8 years of design experience.
Preferably with post-graduate qualifications and accreditation with international professional bodies.
For Principal Mechanical Design Engineers, experience in the design of MECH-HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, sanitary services and familiar with softwares such as Auto-CAD, Revit and Vipcoda.
Able to manage projects from initial concept design stage through to completion.
Able to liaise with new and existing clients.
Experience in overseeing, scheduling and cost management of projects. Ability to undertake bidding and tendering processes.
Understanding of relevant MS / IEC / BS / ASHARE / AS standards and local authority requirements.
